Mike Falco was very calm, told all the info upfront. He didn't keep bugging me with calls and emails like some other brokers. He would just emailed me once in a while. It took me about 7-10 days to decide on the company. Since he is an older guy, his honesty came through over the phone. I had talked to him several times before deciding to go with l Flat Rate because he stood out among the others I had talked to. Couple other guy and lady from other companies were OK but didn't have the same integrity as Mike.

What I liked about Mike he told all the PROs and CONs that could happen like getting charged extra for having 150-200 pounds of luggage in my van, the unpredictability of pick up and delivery due to other vehicles, roads, etc, which I understand. The contract was big and easy to read. He followed up and helped with any delay questions by actually calling the Carrier in my behalf. He said to call him for assistance any time.

Believe me I got some wild offers from other companies and a contract that was unreadable, offered some money back guarantee which was unclear like $75 upfront but contract stated $150.

Mike was very clear on explaining things especially things that were not in the control of him once the Carrier Unicorn Transport came in. They were a good company and I liked the 2 drivers Anthony and Jonathan. I was amazed how they had to unload and load up the cars, the problems other customers gave them but they both had a "cool and even communication to me" that was not a bunch of PR.

My 2002 Hone Odyssey was transported from Florida to Phoenix, AZ. I would recommend and use 1Flat rate MIKE FALCO!
