This was my first experience in arranging transport of a car so i was pretty anxious about how it would all work. Recommendations of other services didn't work out so I was going on previous reviews. The service and communication from 1FlatRate helped a lot. They indicated at the beginning the likelihood of getting a transporter at the rate quoted for the time period specified for pickup. The price was fixed and that's what I paid. They found a transporter and the car was delivered the day after pickup. No damage or problems so my experience worked out great. I would use them again. Initial communication was sparse while they were arranging for a transporter, though emails were responded to with 24 hours. Once things started falling in place their dispatch communication was frequent and clear. I'd do it again
