This was my first experience shipping a car and I learned a lot on the internet before I picked
out 1-Flate Rate Transport. They do not take any payment in advance, one of the few, and
they performed flawlessly. Communication with Justin Baron was the best, and continued
with Dan Hussman and Luis. They didn't try to get me to boost up the price after I picked
a median that seemed reasonable. They gave me good advice on the pricing and on the
way the industry works (hint: the Brokers do not own the trucks that actually more the cars).
I could continue giving examples of their great customer service practices but this would run
on too long. Thanks 1 Flat-Rate
