It turns out that we had a difficult route to sell to a driver and Ray did a great job of getting us through the process. After having a very bad experience with Get it Done, I decided to try 1Flat-Rate. Ray was completely upfront about the process and explained why we had been unable to get anyone to pick up our truck on the route from MD to WA. We then upped the price a bit. After a week of no luck, I called Ray and he suggested some ways to expand the possibilities for the route so that it might be more appealing to a driver. We then got a driver within a couple of days. Our truck was then picked up on time and dispatch from 1Flat-Rate sent an email with clear instructions about how to pay, etc. The truck arrived early in the same condition it was picked up.
