Delightfully Surprised! - A very positive shipping experience!

I recently purchased a car in Wisconsin and had to have it shipped to my home in California. When I initially began researching auto transport companies, I have to say it was really depressing and it started to make me super nervous about the idea. I looked into at least a dozen different companies, and every single one seemed to have horrible reviews and terrible accounts from upset customers! I was starting to believe that I was simply doomed no matter who I chose, and I ultimately just picked 1Flat-Rate since they seemed to have a higher percentage of positive reviews than most of the others. The fact that they did not require an initial down-payment was also an appealing option to me personally since many of the other companies I had spoken to did. Dan Hussmann was the rep I ultimately got into contact with at 1Flat-Rate and he was AMAZING! So professional and informative, and extremely responsive to my (many) emails. He thoroughly answered every single one of my questions and stayed in close contact with me following-up throughout the entire process. Likewise, the driver they wound up working with to make the actual vehicle transport was equally as great. He was easy to get a hold of, diligent with providing me updates, arrived exactly when he said he would, and was extremely careful and professional while unloading my car from his truck. Initially I had been bracing myself for the entire auto transport process to be a complete nightmare, but was delightfully surprised at how utterly smooth and painless it wound up being!!! Based on my own experience, I would *definitely* recommend this company to others!
