I hate to say the car was dirty when received since the driver had to negotiate storms, snow, etc., etc. From the first response to the time I contacted Mike Falco to tell him of our decision the service and explanations were first rate. They were not the cheapest, but certainly turned out to be the best. The car was picked by a professional who went about his job and was on the road in less that an hour. He incidentally, was very polite and reassuring which allayed any concerns we might have had. Mike contacted us regarding payment on the other end in plenty of time which made everyone happy. When she received the car, our daughter was extremely happy and in minutes took it to a car wash. There wasn't a scratch on it. Everything having to do with our dealings with 1Flat Rate was first rate and highly professional. We had absolutely no worry.
