I rarely write a negative review. This is just disappointing. I called this "1 flat rate" based on rating on this site. Almost all carriers are independant contractors so that when you use a broker, like this outfit, they are supposed to work for you to get your ride picked up and on it's way to you. That is their primary job. After two full weeks and no contact from them I gave up. I got the car picked up in 24 hours. Yes, it cost more. But I even upped the price I was quoted by Ray to get this move done. It just did nor happen. If you want to sit by the phone and wait this is your guy. He is very nice and great to talk to. If you want your car moved, call someone else.
