Short Stopping or not cancel the order as requested

I ordered a car transport service through 1 Flat-Rate LLC on January 1st in the morning and called to cancel along with the email reply in the afternoon of the same day. However they didn't cancel the order as requested and prevented me from selecting other auto carrier which delay my plan of moving for another 2 weeks from Maryland to California. They still posted my order on the board which stopped other auto carrier to transport my car. Customers are supposed to have options to choose which service they desire. At least I had the courtesy to call and email cancel the order but they didn't care.
This is unacceptable and unprofessional practice of 1 Flat-Rate LLC. Beware People! Their website is www.1flat-rate.com
