This was my first time buying a car on E-bay. After being bombarded with estimates from low ball to high, I chose 1Flat-Rate LLC. as my brocker.This is the only company that did not ask for money up front, rather after delivery of the car was completed.Ray is honest, always available
and upfront. Communication and follow-ups were excellent.Transportaion company they chose
was first rate and delivery was made earlier than promised. Ray deserves SIX stars.
