Snow Storm delays pick-up

Even though the dispatcher was working out of his home because of the snow storm in CT & MS I was able to contact the dispatcher by phone and he promised to call me back with in two hours to get the information. He did call back in two hours and we had to work out a plan because I would not be there when the pick up occurred. The driver came, picked up the car and had it to Raleigh without a problem. I would use 1-Flat Rate again, even though they are a bit pricey. I am happy to pay when the service is good.
