First time I ever had an auto transported

This was the first time I ever used a service like this, my son was moving to LA and he wanted his car to take with him. I did the math and found out what I would have saved would not be worth the wear and tear on the car or myself. I got calls from tons of transporter, and recommendations from friends that have used a transport service in the past. I was about to go with another transport company. I read the other company's review they had a few negative reviews and decided to look further. I checked the reviews on this site and found 1Flatrate. I had a lot of time to decide and contacted them. I emailed questions to them after receiving the quote. Their quote was a very competitive quote. I had additional questions throughout my decision time and Marky answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I committed to the quote on line and after a few hours I had a transporter call me to schedule a pick up that same day. I was unable to ship that day, but the same transporter had an opening the next day. The driver arrived within the time frame. I was able to speak with the driver, even he answered all my questions. I was very comfortable after seeing how he took care to secured the car to the carrier. All the items arrived nothing was missing, I washed and waxed the car before it left Florida. It arrived more than on time and just as the driver stated only a little dusty from the desert. I was worried about nothing all that time.
