Very competent driver

After being barraged by a ton of quotes from different carriers, we decided to go with 1Flat-Rate based on their BBB reviews. I asked him then if they accepted credit cards and he told me they did, just to let them know that's how we'd be paying when the car was picked up. When the driver came and was told, he said that they can't accept credit cards. Cash, certified check (1 to them for $550 and 1 to FlatRate for $150) or money order only. Annoying. Due to the neighborhood where we moved to, I needed to have my car dropped at a local shopping center. When I called back with that specific address, that sales person would not take down the information. I had to wait to have the very first customer service person come back to work. I found it frustrating that no one was willing to really work on other people's cases. The driver was exactly on time in delivery and very competent and polite. Though I did get my car in a timely manner, I think the whole experience could've been less painful than it was.
