I had never had the need to have a car transported before and was in quite a panic as to how to proceed. It was even worse when I received so many replies from stacks of brokers. Some were unrealistic in their quotes so that even I knew that no trucker would pick up the quote without changing the fees. Some were belligerent. All wanted my credit card number. Along came 1Flat-Rate LLC. What a difference! They carefully took all the details (including the fact that the motor was on a pallet) and gave an honest quote. They explained that I would simply pay the trucker on delivery. That told me two things: they were honest and they would personally be acquainted with the trucker. Neither would be paid if there was not a mutual trust and confidence. Well, needless to say I was convinced. 1Flat-Rate LLC completely lived up to their claims. They took care of all details while giving the sense that they were looking out for me and my car. I would use no one else. Incidentally, hearing Ray's lovely Irish accent can't help but calm the soul. Overall, a great company.
