Called to get transport for car. One week later still no one came or contacted us. I called Dan Fisher who said we were VIP customers....I told him evidentially not due to the fact nothing has been done. Customer service (Jeanine) said that my daughter was being STUPID for losing $275 to cancel their service. I think this company uses people to claim $275 a car when they don't show up. Little do they know....her father in law is a detective with FRAUD INVESTIGATIONS. Stay tuned.
