Worst Ever customer service experienced in US

Persons i dealt with: Tara, Michelle (customer service) and Sister of Tara and Driver (Alex - Melan Enterprises Trucking LLC).

Auto Transport company calls their business a family business with high ethics and reputation, but they are TOTALLY OPPOSITE. Fully unprofessional, no accountability once the car is shipped. When i was first shopping for companies, their main selling point was please check the number of reviews we have on our website. But seems like they pay the folks money to get the reviews removed.

They charged me $950 to ship my car but i had to pay the driver extra $50 otherwise he threatened he is not going to pick up the car.

The car was supposed to be delivered on 21st December and it is already 3rd January and still they can't confirm when car will be delivered. Rather than having their customer service tell me regarding the delay i have to call them numerous times over a day to know the status of my car. The shipment of car is already delayed by more than 2 weeks and still they can't confirm me the date.

Michelle told me that only if i remove my review (posted earlier) she will be able to help me out and give some discount. But once the review was deleted, i am not able to get hold of her or anybody in their company. Nor have they confirmed on how they will be compensating me.

NEVER GO WITH THIS COMPANY.
