My contact person was Jessica (Ext. 123). She was excellent. However, the problem occured during the next 'leg' of the service when the dispatcher, the driver, myself and my daughter (Donielle), had a communication breakdown. (There seemed to have been a language barrier when speaking with the actual driver...Once the driver arrived in the designated state, he was not, initially, able to locate the exact address.)
There was confusion about whether the city was Dayton or Beavercreek, OH. As I understood it,(from the dispatcher) the problem was that the driver's GPS system did not show the city of Beavercreek, only Dayton. (Since Beavercreek is a suburb of Dayton...I don't know why they couldn't locate it in their GPS system.) As a consequence, the driver parked the car in a nearby neighborhood on the street.
We, (Donielle and I) were not okay with that and notified the dispatcher about it. He then had the driver go back and ultimately, he was able to locate the correct apartment complex. They confirmed it with us and secured the car. As a result, the apartment manager would then be able to monitor the car (as agreed), until my daughter's arrival.
