Wow do I wish I would have read these reviews before booking...The contract was signed on 7/30/10 to have a Corvette picked up and delivered to the NJ port to then be put on a container to Estonia. The car wasn't picked up until 8/27/10, but was told that as soon as it arrived at the port, it would be shipped to Estonia immediately. Well it's now 11/8/10 and not only has the car not arrived in Estonia, nobody knows where it is!!!!!!

Throughout the past 3 1/2 months we have been getting every excuse you can think of on why there has been a delay. The company at the port who is actually handling the shipping, Atlantic Global, can't give us an answer on whether or not it was shipped. My customer and myself have been calling 1 World and Atlantic Global a few times each week, but nobody is concerned or really cares that they can't provide information for us. Why isn't 1 World concerned that the car is missing? I have never gotten a single apology or even a call back for that matter. It seems that once they got paid, they could care less with what happens with the car. According to this company, the car has been loaded and shipped every week! But yet, the car is really sitting at the port and they have no intention of finding out why or doing anything about it. I can go on and on about how horrible this company is and how badly I have been treated.

I just hope this alerts future customers and makes them well aware that there's a good chance they may never see the car again. 1 World Auto Movers clearly does not care about their reputation and I am in complete shock that they are still in business.

We are extremely sorry for the way that this shipment turned out. We make bookings with loading facilities near the port of origin and rely on them to give us accurate updates on the vehicles we send to them. In this case, ATL was giving inaccurate information to get us and you to stop calling. They consistently told us that the car would ship out very soon, and at one point even gave us an incorrect container number as "proof" of sailing. The practices of this company have caused us several problems and we are no longer using them for any of our shipments.
