I end up paying everything and i have the proof for each transaction.1worldautomovers charge me $650 on my credit card and I dont know way because they do not pay anything, even at Crowley.you will find a portion of my credit card being charge for $RD 23,629.29 pesos that equal at $650 US dollar at the rate for 7th aug.2010.
After struggling with them over the phone a email,i end up sending $550 + fees to my cousin in Manhattan via Western union just to get the car out of Toyota of Manhattan to my aunt house in Brooklyn .
Then the next day I send to a guy that i dont know from Reliable Auto Transp. $625 + Western union Fees to pick the car from Brooklyn to the Port ,FL.
a few day days later I received the Crowley Booking number and each time I call Crowley they told me that the papers were not there???and the shipping has been delay over and over again, finally i get in touch with Nicole (Crowley)at the Port that is giving 1worldautomovers pressure to send the papers, finally the car was ship and when i came to Crowley's office in Santo Domingo, I was surprise that I have to pay $800 US dollar.
Anyway i pay. here is the total that i pay:550+625+650+800=$2,625 and they quote me $1,775 and the diff. is $850 and I do all the work and pay all the fees, those guys should be out of business they put me with Sabrina kims witch is an expert in talking and manipulating honest people in the phone but they are really a bad company and should be out of business or remove they license.I know I'm not the only one in this case and hope that a big and prestigious company like Crowley should not get involve with those kind.
Im glad i got my car and even thought in the process that the car could be lost or stolen because 1 out of 10 the answer the phone and the email.
