My customer Service Rep is Rich Lawson and his Manager Miranda CArmichel. It takes me 3 weeks on the phone to have a call back or an e-mail from them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODy, PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They drive you crazy, if you fragile you may an heart attack. They never pick up their phones and never return your e-mails.
They never return calls and they run away when under pressure, they sound honest when they want to do business with. After they get the Business they become OUT OF TOUCH. I have my nightmare, they are liars, bad and they should taken out the business .
I will contact a team of Police Investigators to make a report about this.
I have to beg them for a simple response, and they had their name changed, but we need a team of Law Enforcement to arrest them or put of Business.
PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM
