Amanda was sweet and nice to begin with but lied big time and wouldn't tell me the truth.
A driver was scheduled to pick up my blazer on a Wed. he never showed but rescheduled for a Thur. he never showed, recheduled for a Fri. He showed late. The whole time Amanda was saying it was the guy I bought the blazer off of that was cancelling. The whole time it was the truck driver. When the driver finally showed up LATE Fri. He said his truck caught on fire. Blazer died while loading on his truck so he threated to leave it in another state if it happened again. I didn't let him haul it. Finally got Ryan involved and he found another driver that delivered without too many problems. Somewere along the way the rear window was let down and my blazer got soaked on the inside and also broke my bug shield. I won't use 1 world auto again.

On the originally scheduled pick up date of 5/4, the driver called the pick-up contact person and was told that the vehicle was not available on that day. The driver had other pick-ups scheduled for the following day, but made arrangements to pick up the Blazer on the day after. When the driver attempted to load the vehicle, it died. The vehicle was off-loaded and the driver and pick-up contact attempted to load the vehicle again. Again, it died. The truck was not equipped with a wench to load an inoperable vehicle. The driver explained that he may have to unload the Bronco to unload another vehicle, and expressed concern that it may die again. Without the ability to load it on the truck again, the driver stated he did not want it to get stuck in another state. That driver was cancelled. When the second driver delivered the vehicle, no complaints were made. The customer has never contacted our company to notify us of any damage or to make a claim.
