This company is a scam. They picked up our vehicle, after they received payment of course, but neglected to give us any paperwork except for a vehicle transport receipt that was not properly filled out. All of our communication was via email and telephone before the pickup.

One World Auto Movers sent their agents to pick up our vehicle and hid it in a storage unit for many months running up storage fees that we would be obligated to pay.

However, when our vehicle failed to make it to Germany, we tried on many occasions to contact the company via phone and email. All of our emails went unanswered, and our phone calls unanswered too. This went on for several months.

We assumed our vehicle was stolen by this scam company, and, in a sense, it was. This company never told us the secondary shipper they used, and offered up various excuses as why the vehicle had not been shipped.

Because we are in the military, our resources are limited. We had to involve the Military Legal Aid for soldiers to track our vehicle down for us. It literally took an "army of lawyers" to get these crooks to give us information about the location of our vehicle.

After using the threat of legal action, the company finally informed us that our vehicle was at a secondary shippi'ng company and that there was a problem with the custioms paperwork, and that was why it wasnt shipped. However, after contacting the secondary shipping company, they informed us that all paperwork was in order; they just never got paid from 1 World Auto Movers.

We continued our order with the second company and finally received our vehicle 10 months after the original pickup. This company also informed us that many other military personnel had been scammed by 1 World Auto Movers, and they had several vehicles in holding since they did not receive the promised payment for transport by 1 World Auto Movers.

In short, don't trust them. Check out their Better Business Bureau rating. It says it all. Do not deal with 1 World Auto or their parent company, TAU Logistics.

It took us 10 months to get our car, and we spent 2 1/2 times as much money to get it here as was originally quoted. If we had not had access to the military legal aid, we would still be making payments and paying for full coverage insurance for a vehicle was that would never be delivered to us .

You've been warned.
