Unprofessional, Inexperienced get away fast

So I posted an ad for moving a piece of construction equipment, “1transport.com” reached out to me to give me a lowball price, I could tell it was a broker and not a trucker because his inexperience in knowing the item and how to move it properly. He kept calling me constantly trying to get me to secure the deal, well at least secure his deposit. I was very skeptical after reading reviews online and on the BBB site, many were terrible remarks. He said I could have the item picked up and then pay the driver upon delivery, which was fine, but I asked for him to send me a copy of the shipping contract, so I can look it over for extras, he sent me a simple Invoice and Requested I Pay his fee of $200 now and then pay the driver the rest which was not his company but another company, he kept just trying to Get that deposit and didn’t care about anything else. After not seeing a contact but a simple payment invoice, well then behold he sent me a NASTY Email basically telling me to go F myself over and over and then made personal remarks as to my wife. All he cared about was getting that deposit and didn’t care what the real truck driver would have to deal with, I did keep the emails for record when I file a complaint with the BBB. Now I know what the past reviewers meant by saying this is the worst trucking broker in the world and would highly recommend doing business with someone else, no one should say what this person said just because he could not secure the load and GET HIS DEPSOIT. DON’T USE THEM or you will regret it for life. Their reputation on the BBB and Google among other places show the real truth of these unprofessional, insecure BROKERS and are nothing but losers! I would rather pay much more to use a real broker and not these people. STAY AWAY. Unprofessional, Inexperienced, and CRY BABY for a deposit. All they want is that deposit and then it’s up to you. Hopefully you won’t be called the F word and either will your wife. .If I could leave a Zero Rating I would!
