We found 1 transport inc through the uship bidding program, we need to move 25 pallets of merchandise to other state. On Sep/07, we accept 1 transport Inc quotation. We paid $857 as deposit to uship. After that, a guy called Julio contacted me right away and provide me some information about his company, and gave promise about getting me a truck to move all 25 pallets. Initially when we just started considering offer, I had provided couple pictures of the pallets of merchandise that need to moved. The next day, on Sep/08, Julio ask me to write a check of $2400 to secure the truck. And promise there will be a truck available wed, Thursday, Friday, Sat and Sun to move the freight. On Sep/09, there is a flat bed truck showed up around the noon time, I was very disappointed on how Julio finding the truck to move my freight, and clearly there was miscommunication. The freight I am moving is the mask. I clearly mentioned to Julio this is not what I am expecting to move my freight. On Sep/10, Thursday, I was still trusting his promise on getting me a 53ft dry van to move my 25 pallets of freight. He told me he was trying to get one on Friday. Sep/11, on Friday. I made numerous phone call since 7am and nearly contacted him every 2 hours, trying to know the status of the trucks. He kept on mentioning the driver will call me 30 minutes before his arrival. At 4pm, Julio told me the driver was done filling up the gasoline, should be here in 10 minutes. At 5pm, Julio told me the driver was 15 blocks away from the warehouse. At 6pm, Julio told me the driver missed the location and went passing by. He is calling him to turn around. At 7pm, I personally came back to my warehouse to wait for the driver, as Julio told me, he will get drivers contact number. I didnt hear any phone call from Julio. He didn't pick up my phone. At 9pm, we left warehouse , the freight was still sitting there, driver didn't show up, the phone call from Julio.
