I used 1-transport for the first time. When my car was delivered it was raining hard and the drive complained he was behind schedule. He also said he could not get into the sub division. I walked out in the rain to get my car, which was off the truck at that time. I looked over the car and I missed the damage that was done to the top due to the fact that the car was wet, dirty and it was raining. I called 1-transport within 30 minutes of getting the car and parking it in the garage. Now they are claiming I did the damage. The damage is in a straight line across the top. It appears like the car ramp that was on top must have came down and hit the top of my car. Jason Gonzalas at 1 Transport has not returned any of my phone calls for the last week. Now we are about to enter a legal battle. In my opinion stay away from 1-transport their customer service is awful and if your car is damage they will disappear and blame you.
