When asking for a quote, I wanted enclosed for a motorcycle. They said no problem. The contract came with 'open transport' on it. like a dummy I texted them and he said it's a typo just sign it. I shoulda had them change it but I figured they seemed pretty up front. Well they weren't and it was open. Had a signed contract so couldn't change. Paid cancellation and learned a valuable lesson.
