Uprofessional Carrier - Damaged Vehicle During Transport

The carrier that was coordinated for this trip was not equipped with proper equipment or the basic customer service skills to be considered a professional carrier. It appears that the vehicle was involved with a rear-end collision while parked on the trailer. I suspect this is a result from the numerous 'broken axles' and 'blown tires' reported by the carrier which significantly delayed the delivery of the vehicle well past the promised next-day delivery that was scheduled and paid for. I understand that delivery delays can happen, but the attitude and lack of communication that the carrier composed was unacceptable.
