After I booked the pick up of my BMW I read some of the reviews and I became worried that my baby will be mishandled or never picked up. Especially when I called over the weekend and I did not get anyone to talk too, over the phone. It was until monday that I got a hold of someone over the phone. I believe it was Steve the one that called me back and explain the process one more time. I even asked for a way to get a refund of the $150 I pay up front. He told me that there were problem with phone lines, but now they are up and running. my car was to be picked up on a Thursday and to be delivered 7 or 8 days later. SO, IT WAS PICKED UP ON THURSDAY AND DELIVERED ON SUNDAY. The driver was nice and always answered his cell phone and told me in which state he was at the time. I am very happy that I did not had to go without a car. I can not be more satisfied with this company and the way they coordinate the transport of my vehicle. I will recommend 1shot express to anyone, especially my friends and family , to use this service. And not I did not get paid to write this. I am a truly satisfied costumer.
