I tried to use 1 shot because they kept calling and saying they had a truck in the area for immediate pick up. The vehicle I had bought was getting storage fees of $25 a day after Monday 9/27. I authorized this on Friday 9/24/10 they guaranteed that it would be picked up Monday 9/27 as that was the last day of no storage. They also said that they would pick up any storage fees after that day.
The vehicle was never picked up. Everyday I would call and get mislead that there was a driver there, he just had a delay. I called every day and was told everyday that it would be picked up tomorrow. The following Friday I went with another service. As the fees are over $200 it was obvious they could not locate a truck that them picking up the fees was a pipe dream.
The Friday I cancelled, they charged me their booking fee of $200.00. Now I am getting the run around on getting refunded.
They told me what I wanted to hear and could never deliver on what they stated. I would not recommend this company.
