To be honest with you I know nothing about the auto transport business at all. I was very skeptical with finding a company to move my truck. I was trying to find a reasonable price, but then I didn’t even know what a reasonable price was. So I went with “1 shot express” hoping it worked out and it did. My truck was picked up on time when it was guaranteed to be picked up and delivered early. Everyone in the office was polite and dealt with me being scared of getting my truck shipped by them. I was scared because there quote was $200 - $300 cheaper than the average quotes I was getting from everyone else calling me. A lot of companies were telling me at that price it could take 3 week to move so I was scared but was on a budget and they worked with me. Joel was a very kind person who helped me out a lot and stayed in contact with whether through emailing or calling with the responses needed. There quote for moving my 2001 dodge 2500 quad cab was $525 to move from Shreveport, LA to Jacksonville, Fl. I Put the order in on august 9, 2010 it was picked up august 11, 2010 and delivered august 12, 2010. So in all I was very satisfied with the service they provided me. I would defiantly use 1 Shot Express again if I needed to have a vehicle moved!!
