We contacted the 1 Shot Transport to pick up and deliver our vehicle on April 26 2010. We told over and over again that the vehicle would be picked up promptly and that they had drivers in the area that day. By Wednesday the vehicle was still there and was told again when we called that that the vehicle would be picked up and that this driver was going straight thru so we should have the vehicle no later than Saturday. Well by the following Monday still no vehicle, still sitting at the Utah Auto Auction. Was told not to worry that they would have our vehicle by Thursday at the vary latest. On Thursday the vehicle was still at the auction so we cancelled our order with Dave and was told that our credit card would be refunded. Saturday morning we flew out to Utah and drove the vehicle back. Dave then called on Monday saying where was the vehicle because he supposedly had a driver at the auction looking for it. We told him that we spoke to him Thursday and cancelled the order and he was incrediably rude saying that we just go and pick up vehicles and not tell anyone. What are you talking about?!?!? He then refused to refund the credit card and tells us he doesn't recall any phone call cancelling the order. What type of company charges for a service and does not provide the service and then does not reimburse the customer when the service is cancelled? The is a horrible horrible experience we had with the company! I would not recommend them at all and I also warn others to do the same!
