This was the worst expeience of my life, and considering I have multiple sclerosis, that is saying something. I stressed at the beginnning how important it was that everything went welll. You were five days late in picking up the car and I was lied to repeatedly about the pickup time. The original quote of $395 was increased to $445.00 since I was told that the only way my car would be picked up was if I agreed to pay an additional $50. I had already moved from Texas to Iowa based on the promises I was given about the pickup time. I will never use your service again, and I won't recommend it to anyone else.

I'm sure Ms. Simpson you must have had worst experience than this. Now, if we are going to start a blame game, then why didn't you show your agreement here? Yes, the one you agreed to. You can't expect a taxi system and you were told that. Never do we promise pickup on the same day and this was not different. I'm glad you mention the five days because that's when we picked your vehicle up as per your agreement, you failed to mention that. And the $50.00 additional dollars whom did you pay that to Ms. Simpson?, it was certainly not us so, you must have made an agreement with the driver and paid him $50.00 extra.
