I'm truly appalled at the lack of professionalism of this company. They promised they would have my vehicle picked up on one day and then tried for another day, then another, then another...you get the pattern. I tried working them in every way but to no avail. My phone calls were being screened and so they would answer. I called on my cell phone and the voicemail picked up almost immediately. I called from my work phone and they answered right away. I called and cancelled my request with them and asked for a refund. I didn't get a call back, not surprised, so I had to call again. I finally got in touch with Customer Service (Dave) and he stated that they got the message to cancel the order. I asked for a refund of the deposit and 12 days have passed and I've yet to ge anything. I ask you to truly avoid dealing with this company mainly due to their lack of communication with the customer and professionalism. Their customer service guy apologized to me for not returning 3-4 of my calls but he is not good at returning phone calls. How are you in a business and make a statement such as that? Unbelievable! I was warned by 3 or 4 companies not to use this company but I gave them a chance despite all the calls and emails. I truly hated writing this review but the lack of respect for the customer pushed me to this point.

Yes Mr. Renfro we are aware of the companies that warned you about us, so aware we make reference to them on our initial e-mail because they contact our customers after we book. They use scare tactics to get the customer to sign with them. It always bother me a bit why they can't get there first but it's obvious they are not real companies. Getting back to your post, I'm tempted to ask, were you lied to from us? Mainly from customer service? I will give you the answer, NO. I'm sure he always told you exactly what was going on so you could make your decisions. To the end then it is you and couple others being good Samaritans and warning everyone not to use our services so they can be saved. But, I will ask again, did you count the good reviews against the negative?, that is what the reader sees Mr. Renfro, not your suggestion. Thank you sir.
