No pickup after 1 month, called another carrier

I went with this company because they had the lowest quote. By contract my car should have ben picked up after 7 days. After 10 days I called and emailed and they responded that they would increase the price (they would pay difference) to attract a shipper. After that, no response, no answering my calls or emails. I lost $200 that I badly needed. I do not recommend this company. Also, they did not inform me that my vehicle needed to be empty for transport. I had already moved and have been paying for a rental car waiting for my vehicle. So I have to pay to ship the items in my car that I could have brought with me. So after 1 month I have a new shipper and hopefully all will go well.

Dear Ms. Madore, you are correct, we were not able to move your vehicle but your deposit is fully refundable. That is our policy. We have sent you an e-mail, please contact us at your earliest convenience. The difference between your post and other posts lingering or being a pest on this site Ms. Madore is that you as many of our customers performed on the agreement, and you are entitle to your deposit.
