This is the worst experience I have ever had with a shipping company. My husband filled out the online form on July 26th for a Harley Davidson Custom Bagger to be shipped. We sent pictures with the form and even specified that the bike was 10 feet long. The company dispatched a driver whom already had 4 motorcycles on his truck and did not have enough room for the our bagger. Mind you this is after three weeks of waiting for the bike to be shipped. I called and spoke with customer service and was told that Gavin was the only one whom could issue a refund since my husband had to go and get the bike himself and the horrible customer service and turnaround times. Gavin was out of office and I was told that he would be back in next business day at 11AM. I called and finally got Gavin on the phone last week and not only was he rude as hell, he stated since he had sent a driver for the motorcycle he was unsure if we would be getting our refund. How would it be the customers fault that the company dispatched someone whom did not have room for the motorcycle. We didn't send that drive One Shot dispatched that driver. I would not recommend these individuals to my worst enemy.
