Company sent the wrong truck to get my car. Gave the details of my vehicle as requested via the form i fille out online. Was never asked any further questions about my car, as every other auto transport company has done. For the record I am of lots of experience with transporting this vehicle. Nevertheless, my car is slightly lowered to basic sports car standard, which shows this company has little to no knowledge about how to handle sports cars. In conclusion they neglected to reimburse me my deposit as a result of their inconsistency. They proceeded to keep my deposit despite my car never being touched by them. They said they had to pay the (wrong) truck they sent to pick up my car. Beware. Take your business elsewhere. This company only cares about money, not the best interest of their customers, or much less keeping them.
