HORRIBLE!!

I cannot believe this company is in business. I compared multiple companies about 9 months ahead of time and settled on them b/c they were reasonably priced and a friend of mine hired them in the past. They charged me $11 when I booked the reservation and said someone would contact me w/in 2 weeks prior to the pick up date. Nobody called. When I called,the owner who answered was very rude. For that matter,nearly every company I called had rude people answer the phone. He told me not to worry that someone would pick up the vehicle and that he could *probably* let me know the next day or the following. The days came and went - I received no calls and now the date passed when we needed the vehicle shipped. I called again and the second owner Richard answered. He too was rude at first but I explained my situation and he admitted to me that there was never a driver assigned to me. He suggested I pay an additional $100 that he would give directly to the driver so one would pick it up. I agreed but told him I was still concerned and would be calling another company in the meantime. Fortunately,another company emailed me so I went w/ them w/ huge success but it ended up costing me $375 MORE than what i anticipated. Richard apologized for the other owner's errors but that doesn't change the way I was treated. This was a classic example of you get what you pay for. In this case,I got a whole lot of stress and disappointment! Don't make the same mistake. There are a LOT of companies out there. Avoid this one!
