After I called at least 15 brokers and was scared to death, by their horror stories they told me, if I didn't use their services; I decided to make one more call to 1 All abaord transport (NY). Fletcher answered my call and he walked me through the entire process. He was so patient and knowlegable about the transport industry. He explained step by step, what to look for, what questions to ask , what to beware of. At no time did I ever feel pressured to use his service. He just wanted me to get my car shipped with a reptuable company. He explained the cost, when I would be expected to pay, who I'd pay etc. Before talking with Fletcher I was so confused and afraid to use any of the companies I had called. It was like a shark tank and I was the bait. After a long conversation with Fletcher, I decided he was the guy that was looking out for my best interests. We agreed on a price and he said he would keep me updated on the progress. It was only 8 hours later Fletcher called me and had filled my order. He had secured a transporter that would pick up my car the very next day, and to top that off, it was an enclosed carrier! He got the driver on the phone line with me and I got to speak directly with the driver and get all my questions answered. The driver said he'd be at my place at Noon on Saturday. He arrived at 11:59- 1 minute early. The carrier was immaculate and the driver was a very nice guy. I knew I had made the right decision then. Fletcher called about an hour later to make sure the car had been picked up as promised, he was following through. The car arrived at it's destination exactly when the driver said it was going to. Fletcher called to make sure the car had arrived. I am so satisfied with Fletcher and All aboard transports (NY) I am going to tell everyone I know of the great experience I had transporting my vehicle. The best part of the story is...I was having the car sent to my 80 year old Mother and will present it to her on Mothers Day, she has no idea it is coming. Thanks to Fletcher, my Mom will have a Happy Mother's Day and I had a happy experience transporting her surprise! Thank You 1 All aboard transports, especially Fletcher. Sincerely, Nancy
