I contracted with National Auto shipping who contracted me out to All Aboard this is the review from Nationals page


My experience with this company was so bad I don't know were to begin. This was a last minute deal, I signed up with them on 9/17. they gave me a pick up date of 9/22 or 9/23.The days came and went,every day after it was always tommorrow or the next day they will pick up.All this time I'm turning down overtime and changing my schedule to be there when they come. They finally gave me a number for the driver, Fletcher from All Aboard Auto Transport, and guaranted pickup on 9/29.On 10/1 I brought the SUV to the driver to avoid having to sit around waiting for them anymore.I was told by the driver it would take about 1 week to get the car to WA. When I set this all up with Manny I told him I had a set of weights I wanted to put in the SUV tha were 105 lb 5 lb over the 100 lb limit they say you can put in the car. Manny said it would be no problem as long as they were secured witch they were. A few days after they left, I get a call from my son, who is receiving the SUV, that the driver removed the weights from the car because it was illegal to transport household items in the car.He said he would ship they for me but I would have to PAY for it.I called National and spoke to Jose, who also said it was illegal. When I asked how can it be illegal when most companys say you can put 100lb in the car he said he would get back to me by noon.That was two weeks ago haven't herd from him yet! I had to drive 40 mile to the drivers house to get the weight back! My son finally got the SUV on 10/19 2 1/2 weeks after it left NY and he had to go about 30 miles to get it. They say Cash or money order for final payment. I sent a money order to my son made out to National how I was told to have it made out to. The driver wouldn't take it. They had to scamble to come up with $1000 at 10:00 at night! When I think its finally over I get a warning notice in the mail from the city of Yonkers NY showing my sons SUV going through a red light they day after and 40 miles from were I drop it off!
