Fletcher was very patient and gracious with his time. i have never used a service like this and so was very nervous about the whole process. Fletcher -with a confidence only found in New York - explained the process, shared with me why and how these things are priced fairly and a lot depends on how fast you need it and the companies he does business with. He communicated with me at every step of the way, fielded my questions quickly and called to check on my delivery. True customer focus and dedicated service. thank you Fletcher for staking a great deal of stress off my shoulder - even thought i still was nervous. :) but that is on me and my lack of understanding.
