Fletcher did an excellent job explaining to me how brokers and carriers work and what to expect in terms of fees, handoff to the carrier, and the necessary flexibility with pickup and delivery times. There were no surprises working with Fletcher, and everything turned out exactly as he prepared me to expect. He won't be any cheaper than other brokers, and you shouldn't expect him to find any cheaper carriers than any other broker, but he'll tell you the truth up front and you can count on what he tells you. If you actually talk to enough brokers and get real quotes, not just automated quotes, you'll find Fletcher's pricing fair and reasonable, and you'll have a good experience.
