Excellent job arranging the delivery of my car from NC to TX. I was new to this service as it was my first time I had to arrange for my car to be transported by an auto carrier. Fletcher, in particular, was great- he was straight forward and honest in explaining the industry process and pricing without concern of a lost sale so you knew exactly what to expect, he was personally very accessible the whole time through at every turn whenever you felt a need to contact him (you didn't get some other person unfamiliar with your case where you had to reinvent the wheel each time you called) and he promptly answered or returned your call when you called him day or night. He quickly and effectively addressed an issue with the carrier's late delivery that got my car delivered the very next day after I was told by the carrier that they wouldn't be able to deliver my car for another week beyond the agreed delivery date. It's very few times you'll run into a person like Fletcher, particularly in this business where there are many shady players out there brokering these deliveries. I give Fletcher and his outfit an A++ and wholly recommend them for your car delivery.
