on 3/1/15 I flash the 800 number on this companies website around 5am after reviewing their credibility, the quote they gave was very low so my intention to have the number on my phone for Monday morning.
I had a miss call from 646-749-6735 around 11.20am n I returned the call, a man answered and ask me "why would you be calling someone at 5am on a sunday morning", I was lost for words. he then said "lets get to business about transporting my van for me, the price that was quoted was wrong" I told him that's okay Im not comfortable so forget my business. I recie a text on my phone stating "I talk to you like that because I knew you'd cheap don't fucking call somebody at 5 o'clock in the morning fool and I know you about to get ripped off so good luck" and I replied fuck you too. He sent another text at 3.02pm stating "I found ur sprinter 800 if your lucky 900 more realic. You don't learn ur lesson do u. U were fishing for 370 price after being listed for over 750 w no results and place another order for less. Not too bright. No one I going to but 2500 hightop sprinter on their truck for peanuts. now that lesson is free".
this broker need some customer service skills and also learn to leave potential customers alone if they choose not to do business with them.

This is a retaliatory negative left by an admitted non customer in an attempt to detract from my credibility who was very pushy and looking for something for next to nothing.After explaining to him that he entered his information incorrectly( Done purposely). He knew exactly what he was doing and for calling and calling and calling so early on a Sunday morning is not the correct approach. This person lost it and said wait and see what I do. I stand by my long track record and A+ BBB Rating.
