Contacted Fletcher from All Aboard Auto Transport on Sunday, July 1, 2012. The original carrier was scheduled to pick my SUV up on Saturday, June 30, 2012, that didn't happen.
Never received a call back from original carrier until Tuesday afternoon. As soon as I explained my situation to Fletcher, he jumped on it right away and by Monday morning, he had already got someone scheduled to pick my SUV up on Tuesday.
The driver called me on yesterday, Thursday, July 5, 2012 stating he would deliver the truck by 8:00 pm and indeed he did. He was curteous for the pickup in Texas as I'm told by my niece and the same on drop off as I was told by my daughter.
I feel at ease now that my SUV has been delivered and I can stop renting cars!
