My Mother who is a Sr. Citizen lives in a Basement apartment that was flooded during Hurricane Irene. We decided that she would be better off living down in Florida with my sister while we cleaned and rebuilt the basement. We wanted her to have the freedom of driving around as she does here and looked into renting a car, but most estimates were pretty expensive for a long term rental. My wife searched on Angie's List and found All Aboard Transport and was satisfied with the reviews and reputation posted on Angie's List.
My wife contacted Fletcher who was understanding to our current circumstance and made us feel at ease that this could be taken care of.
Considering we had just got hit with Hurricane Irene in the Northern NJ area, getting a Tractor Trailier Car carrier around was no easy task since many of the local Highways and roads were closed due to flooding. The driver contacted me on Friday evening of the scheduled pick-up to advise they could not get to my home from where they were due to some of the roads being flooded, we arranged for them to pick up the car the next morning. The Driver contacted me and advised that they would drive to my home in their passenger pick-up that they keep on the Car Carrier as they often use this method, when picking up cars in areas that a Rig and trailer can't get to. They would pick up the car and drive it back to the Car Carrier, since they could not drive the rig down my small culde-sac road.
When they arrived we looked around the car and noted what blemishes and dings were visable signed the Truckers Bill Of Lading and off they went. They contacted my sister when they arrived in Florida to advise they were running a little behind schedule, but would make the delivery either Monday Night or Tuesday Morning. The delivery of the vehicle was made on Tues late morning. The car was in the same condition as it left and the contents all intact. This was a very easy and relaxing procedure at a time when the Stress Level was very high in our lives. Flethcher was fantastic always in communication with us and the driver. I would use this service again if faced with moving a vehicle anywhere in the U.S.
