I had an unusual situation where my car had to be picked up on a certain date and arrive on a certain date. Fletcher did everything he could to make this possible. He was very honest, and prompt. Even all the other guys involved with the move (driver, transport company etc) had great customer service. I did notice a few scratches behind my side mirror, but the transport company said they would fix that. Besides that, this company is highly recommended.
