In all my years as a customer I have never encountered a company like AAA. They initally sent me an email confirming the date of pickup. In 7 days I never heard from them so I pickud up the phone and called them to find out if my car was being picked up on schedule. First the owner knows nothing about it so she gives the phone to Dawn. She explains the company is waiting until the last minute to contact her. (MUST BE A BROKER BECAUSE THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT WHEN THE TRUCKS ARE ACTUALLY SCHEDULED) She then told me she will call me the next day at exactly 11:00. Never heard from her again. I am furious that this company has now cost me almost 2 weeks in tiime that my car coulc have been delivered by another company. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are a total waste to time and no cumstomer service.

Well, I am not going to make any excuses for anyone in my office, as they say my office dropped the ball on Mr Bradley's car. I personally talked with my staff, and we again have no excuses. I do agree he placed the car with us, I do agree we did not have the driver pick up on time, and I do agree my office did not treat him with the right respect and customer service. That has now been addressed in my office.
