horrible experience

the problems started early:
pick up: i was never contacted by the carrier about the time of the pick up, i had to call them twice to arrange it.
delivery:
1. i was never contacted by the carrier about the time or even about the date of the delivery. my delivery was scheduled on Tuesday and as the day went by i called the carrier and was told that the car would arrive by the evening and that the driver would call me back with the details. it never happened. i called them the next day and on Thursday and was told the same!! the car was delivered on Thursday afternoon and luckily i was home because i was never contacted about the time of delivery!
2. the car was not only dirty but also HORRIBLY SCRATCHED all over. there was a BIG DENT on the back of it and PAINT CHIP in several places.
3. when i asked the driver about the damages he became angry and rude and started mumbling something about taking the car back to FL.
4. i called the carried to complain about the damages and he told me i didn't mark any of them on the bill of landing and even if there were any they should be covered by the discount i got from them. both statements were total lies. i sent him my own copy of the bill of landing with the marks i put on it at the time of the delivery and the agreement between him and the broker stating that they would charge less for the shipment in case of late arrival.
5. i claimed a refund for the damages done by the carrier but they refused to pay for them.

overall my experience with Sawgrass Auto Transport was horrible and i'd like to warn anyone considering using their services. the carrier is very dishonest, poorly organized and not informative. there's no customer service you could rely on. and worst of all apparently (at least) one of the drivers is very sloppy (i had had time trying to understand how it was possible to do so much damage to my car???).
