MIT Express was initally good with coordinating the pick up of a car I was sending to my son in New York. However, the vehicle finally arrived three days later than expected with no follow up by the carrier or driver until it was already 2 days late. The driver was quite clueless on how to get to the location of the delivery. He had to call my son several times to ask for directions. My son told him that since he did not have a car, he was unfamiliar with the area. The driver responded, “ Oh, you don’t have a car?” To which my son said, “No, you are bringing it to me.” I do not understand why the driver did not have a GPS or internet map directions or at least a good old fashioned map.
