I too had a terrible experience. These creeps at G&N lost their DOT license 7/25/11 and if they are operating without it it is FRAUD. Please call the DOT at 1-888-368-7238 to make your complaint official and perhaps the authorities will get after them. They also owe me money from small claims court. They will more then likely change their names but I will find them and write them up. If you value your clients and your reputation don't use G&N Transport out of Tampa, Florida. And if they have changed their name don't use them - the manager Declain Saldana and Greg Saldana are the worst kind of vendors. They are unethical and lie about everything. This company is disreputable and gives all transportation companies a bad name. The office manager Declain (Dino) Saldana swore to the broker (domesticautotransport.com) company and to me that they would pay for the damages to my car, for cleaning it, for a rental until I could use my car and for detailing it. They broke the back window and never admitted it or told the broker.
The window was not installed properly and they they told me that they went to the Chrysler dealership to have the glass reinstalled. I called Chrysler and they don't reinstall glass on cars. Like I said they lied and lied and lied some more. I took them to the BBB. I took them to small claims and offered to let them send me a check monthly and they haven't paid the settlement. And the settlement was in my favor.
