The broker and trucking company provided great service. Customer service was fine and received my tractor ahead of scedule, which was a little inconvenient as it was at 1 am. The only thing that bothered us was the driver had asked the broker for $100 more for hauling. Since the price of fuel is going up and from reading from other reviews, this does happen on occasion and to me it was part of the proccess that I thought I might encounter. This was not a huge problem. I would recommend Cascade Shipping. Geri and Diane were both courteous to me and kept me informed as soon as a transportation co. was available. Very nice all the way and I would not hesitate to use them again if the need arises.
